You're so hypnotizing
Could you be the devil?
Could you be an angel?

"It's sad when other bar patrons know you by your face. That's not what's sad, it's when they know who you're leaving with each time you go there..." These were the thoughts running through the young scientist's head as the vehicle she sat in abruptly turned to the right at a street corner. It was pitch black outside, the only light being from the truck's headlights reflecting every so often on a street sign. She didn't know why everytime she walked into that damn bar she gravitated to him...but she did. It wasn't the first time they left together, oh no.

"I hate your piece of shit truck...and your driving."

"Hm. Because the bus is so much more convienient."

"Don't you even start, David. I'm barely ever home anyway, so why bother with transportation?"

Your touch magnetizing
Feels like I am floating
Leaves my body glowing

After effectively killing the conversation, the girl could feel a hand touch her shoulder in the darkness, and a voice whispered, "If they're overworking you, take it easy. Take time off, Cait."

Ahh, yes. The job she lied about. Umbrella. It wasn't as simple as making cheap aspirin, though she couldn't tell David, let alone anyone else. "I'll be fine...Since when did you start to care? I can take care of myself...and it's Caitlin, not Cait." Regardless, a small shiver was sent down her spine. She's never confess just how much she loved his small moments of concern.

They say be afraid
You're not like the others
Futuristic lover
Different DNA
They don't understand you

It was funny...She got a lot of amusement when people saw them together, or asked her later, "He seems so scary." No. Not scary, just quiet. That's the one thing she thought people may never understand about David. Not angry. Not cold. Just quiet. Caitlin felt ashamed to admit that she too had thought the same when she met him. Even though they had only casually gotten together every once in awhile, she felt she was understanding him more. What a foolish thoug-

You're from a whole 'nother world
A different dimension
You open my eyes
And I'm ready to go
Lead me into the light

"We're here." The hand that remained on Caitlin' shoulder gave a little shake, awakening her from her thoughts.

"Hm? Oh, right...my apartment..."

"Ha...do I have to drag you in?"

"Actually..." Caitlin gave her nighttime lover a smirk and that was all it took. They both knew the routine, how much he loved to control and how much she loved to be controlled. Before Caitlin had enough time to fish her keys out of her pocket, she felt herself being pulled from the truck by her arm. "Thank God I live on the first floor," were the only thoughts that passed through her mind as she slid the cool metal key the door.

Kiss me, kiss me
Infect me with your love and
Fill me with your poison

They weren't even through the doorway before their arms wrapped around each other, unconsciously guiding each other to a room they knew so well. It felt perfect, every kiss, every touch felt new as if they had never been together before.

Take me, take me
Wanna be a victim
Ready for abduction

David never had as much patience as Caitlin did. Never. Placing his hands on her shoulders, he pushed, rushed, her to the bedroom, shoving her onto her own bed once they got there. Taking a moment to reach above her, Caitlin clicked a button on a small lamp sitting on the bedside table. It was a simple lava lamp, only instead inside the lamp were shimmering pieces of glitter. The only light in the room now was an eerie, but sensual purple glow, reflecting on the walls and the lovers alike. Caitlin looked up at David and took a breath in, seeing his long hair now loose and no expression on his face other than a very, very devious grin.

Boy, you're an alien
Your touch so foreign
It's supernatural
Extraterrestrial

Very few words were exchanged in the next hour or so, rather; loud groaning, breathing, and soft cries filled the air instead. It was an otherworldly feeling, unlike anything either of them experienced in previous nights together. A strange passion seemed to consume both of them until it was all too much and both collapsed, panting heavily.

Just as Caitlin could feel her breath steadying, she felt an arm curl around her waist softly. She turned to see a small, extremely rare smile on David's lips.

"Well...that's a facial expression I never see on you," Caitlin said in a dry, slightly sarcastic tone of voice.

"Ha ha. So. You tired?"

"Tired, yes. Sleepy, no."

"Hm. Well then, Caitlin...what's your favorite movie?" Soon a similar smile showed itself on her lips. She found herself looking deep into bright grey eyes, admiring the purple light that shined on them both still. It wasn't the lust and sex that kept bringing them back together. No, it was the small, intimate talks afterwards that always pulled them closer.

This is transcendental
On another level
Boy, you're my lucky star
