I was halfway through writing about the sorry state of Australian politics when I realised that, a) you only get to see 1 page of your friends stuff on LJ on free accounts now (FAIL!) - seriously? Fuuuuck, and b) I am about 5 weeks behind in my coursework on 1 unit, and nearly as far behind on another, and assignments and exams are looming large, with a new job to learn and slide into as well.
Question time, Kevin Rudd, policy convergance, Julia Gillard, Tony Abbott, Malcolm Turnbull, Malcolm Fraser, Joe Hockey, why an ETS (if it is truly implemented as a trade system) is not a tax (and is a good idea), why we the people will get fucked either way, why you do need to pay a motza for your electricity and why all is surely not lost, will need to wait until I am feeling less immense pressure of FAIL. Maybe in a year. FUUUUUUU. Losing sleep.
