Watching the Tom Cruise War of the Worlds at the moment.
Wow. The kids are total fucking retards. I suspect Cruise is supposed to be playing an unsympathetic loser father who redeems himself through adversity, but so far he's been nothing but reasonable about the FUCKING ALIENS that are attacking them and the kids have been utterly, irrepressibly dumb as shit. I keep hoping an alien will kill them both so that Cruise's character no longer has to look after them.
