In some respects, I am a late bloomer. I didn't learn to ride a bike until I was about eight years old, nor did I learn how to swim until the year after (an embarrassing admission for someone who grew up on the Mississippi River-- I did almost-drown a lot as a kid.) I'm 38 years old and still can't drive (in the sense you give above).

Or grow a moustache.

Oh, and I call it "buhg-err", as in the first example there.

Ha ha ha ha ha right! I was curious about the pronunciation of the word "booger". It can be the dignified "buh-ger" or the more childlike and fun "BOOOO-gers".
