Things are pretty great!
"I'm trying to find out if my words have any meaning"
It's not the end of the year, but it's the end of the fiscal year for the company I work for Bank of Internet USA. I think it's funny that I get paid to tell people about money, unlock their online banking, and sell checking/savings accounts all day. I get paid to communicate, to problem solve, and to educate customers about making financial choices with their lives.
I also get to promote a really great and easy checking account for a lot of people to use. I was sitting around probably around this time last year typing away at Just in Time and feeling a little under appreciated, overworked and overall unhappy with my financial situation and life in general. I then was set free by Just in Time to explore the world, to see where I fit in it and have come to a pretty great place.
I now work Full time, I'm in a great band playing music, I have a loving girlfriend and I'm able to save for my future. The only thing missing is my words. My books have grown dusty but I do have a story or two in my head just waiting to come out. What I mostly want to do now is write words to a song. I guess that will be my next goal along with losing a few pounds, planning my future family and getting ready for the rest of my life.
