Beginning.
I started a new lj account in order to start blogging in English. Something like five or six years ago I tried to write in English but I felt like someone was always complaining about my mistakes. This year I've tried to keep a blog in MySpace but the system isn't really handy, and I also prefer to use filters... and almost no one is commenting there and I really like interactivity of lj.
I still somehow dislike writing in English, like I was still afraid of someone who's going to tell me that I simply can't write in English. Although English is currently not only the language of my studies, but also language of many of my close relationships, I often say that I'm not good at English. Like, I didn't want to apply to student exchange to UK because I believed that my language skills wouldn't have been sufficient.
I'm most probably going to write mainly friends only entries since everyone understands English.
