so, the final monday at the old job really takes the cake.
woman calls, informs me what paper she gets and where she lives, and then tells me that we need to run a story on identity theft because she watched the news and apparently people can do things like get your tax information and make charges to your credit card that YOU WILL NEVER KNOW ABOUT, and since its tax time people will be possibly leaving important papers out with the recycling. and oh my god another nine minutes of more and more frenzied talk, I could even hear the spittle.

ok, so yeah, identity theft = a reality, and shit, no good - but hey, ease up.
and uh, if someone is stupid enough to put their w2 or some shit out with the recycling, they kinda get what they deserve.
finally, towwards the end, the bit of information comes out that, in fact, a truck of some sort that may not have been the official recycling rounded up all the paper recycling left out for the next morning, and, it may in fact be an attempt at identity theft.
hey! now THERE IS SOMETHING PERHAPS NEWSWORTHY. but now I'm kinda worn out from all the rant and spittle, and you also sound kinda crazy, and I don't reeally think i can take any more iterations of how you told your neighbor all about identity theft.
