XHTML is coming!!! run for your lives!!!
I just spent a ridiculous morning/afternoon reading up on and teaching myself the entirety of HTML, as opposed to knowing a few tags and not really understanding how it all fits together, and well,
close your tags! even the empty ones! and make sure you include an extra space if you close it in the single tag! thats 2 spaces, no joke! nest your elements properly!
this is big stuff, don't mess around. one day, your web contributuons will look liek crap because you didnt bother to start writing your code in a well formed manner now! use only lower case fro your tags! learn CSS because all of the display tags are deprecated and if you use them the HTML police will shoot you!
see, i spared you the use of multiple exclamation points, which ive been barraged with all morning, but, i couldnt work them out entirely. This! is! important!
