Definitely not. I've found myself warming to him quite a lot recently. I'm not saying he's teh awesomest king evar, but he's human, and I like that.

Every time Arthur does something bleeding stupid, like buggering off by himself on some quest or other, I get a little bit more fond of Uther. Uther's right- none of them have ANY IDEA what it takes to be king!

XD Yeah, he's definitely not ready yet. He will be someday, but that's not really anytime soon.

Well, true, but the thing I do like about this show is that, in general, all is pretty good at the end of the day. I'm really interested to see where they take things, though.
