I can never resist clicking spoiler things, so I can hardly credit my great intelligence for seeing what was coming from the first ‘g’day’ but nevertheless it’s a fascinating idea, very well executed. And I definitely did not see the fact she doesn’t let him know they’re related coming. Naughty Hermione!

Okay, to britpick: Pembrokeshire is in Wales, not Scotland. And to spend five years at uni, Wyndam would have to have done more than one degree. Say a bachelor’s and than a masters or something.

I love the characters in this, the cheekiness of Wyndam and the banter he and Hermione has. Almost sibling like! ;P And Harry, Ron and Kingsley all being for her getting a man even while teasing her about his youth was excellent.

Someone read it! Yay! Anyway, thank you. I'm glad the idea makes sense and is executed well! Glad you enjoyed the characters, the banter, and her friends support!

Yay for britpick! I did a search for best surfing spots in the UK and it said Pembrokeshire Scotland had expert ones, so I was just using that. It's actually in Wales then? As for uni, he did multiple bachelor's degrees, though they all shared some courses, so Cambridge said 3 years for one, and I thought five years for three courses that shared some classes made sense. Is that too long for the three?

I can confirm it being in Wales. Having personally done geology field work there. :) It is a costal region though but I don't know anything about surfing.

Well that's a cool idea about you. I don't know if they would let you do multiple courses at once but it doesn't really bother me so far as fic is concerned... :)

Cool! I'll change Scotland to Wales. The article was probably incorrect. If the Uni bit isn't jarring, I'll just leave that as I think it's vague enough to be possible maybe. I wasn't sure if UK schools allowed dual degrees or not but I found some info about those courses of study all sharing some classes and being courses that could work well for majors etc. so I went with it. LOL
