Help me brainstorm??

Hello anyone reading! I have a request for assistance from my lovely readers, so, hopefully, some of you will be able to help!

October 19 is going to be my 15 year anniversary for writing fanfic. I consider this a rather large milestone (even if there have been sporadic bouts of writer's block throughout that time), so I was thinking about planning some type of celebration for that weekend here at my LJ. I am keeping my fingers and toes crossed that there will be no unforeseen events to cause my plans not to happen, so please do a little finger cross for me, too!

Anyway, the point: I'm trying to figure out how to celebrate this event with all of you, the wonderful people who have encouraged and supported me and helped make this milestone even possible. Considering the fact that I thought I'd post one little scrap of a ficlet and then quietly disappear back when I posted "Dreams" all those years ago, and now I'm still writing (thank every diety in the history of the universe for that! I'm happier than I've been in ages due to it), and my archive is full of stuff that I can actually re-read and be rather proud of (for the most part!), it just seems like a reason to celebrate next month.

Ideas I've had so far include:

♥ Possibly doing a post for prompts & comment fic writing that weekend (I can prompt, too!) for anyone who feels like joining in to write little drabbles/ficlets or artses or whatnot.
♥ Doing a post to interact with y'all, talk about your favorite ships I've written or fics I've written or about inspiration or whatever. I've written in four fandoms (three majorly and one briefly), and I'd love a chance to reconnect with people I knew in any or all of them. I still talk to a few people from the "old days" of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and I love the reminiscing we do about that.
♥ I don't know!!! It feels a bit weird to plan to celebrate my writing, in a way, like I'm prancing about like a peacock wanting to talk about it or write more, but I also don't care because this is a huge part of my life and has been for 15 freaking years!

So, please, comment here and tell me what y'all think! Bad idea? Good idea? Any other ideas of things I could to celebrate that weekend? I'm open to discussion! It's about six weeks away, give or take, which is more than enough time to figure this out and finalize details.

15th anniversary celebration
