I read this and I think, "yeah, Hermione/Cedric! Kingsley who?" Then I read a Kingsley fic and I ship them... I love that you write her with everyone--I've never run into another character I can happily read shipped with basically everyone.
Also, I adore that you made Cedric the author, and an Unspeakable with Hermione, and and and <3

Me either! There's just something about Hermione that lets you easily imagine her meshing with such a huge variety of people. I'm a Hermione whore, obviously, and proud of it! But I can't write a ship if I can't believe it in some way, so it makes me happy I can multiship so much with her. Also, Kingsley/Hermione! One of my pet ships. *draws hearts around them* I actually planned to write them while writing this, and it fit so well to reference them in a different context here. Thank you for the comment!

Oh, it's so fun and cheeky and perfect for them! I'm so glad you picked this pairing, it fills me with such nostalgia and happy feels. And I do so adore a bickering Cedric and Hermione. :) Also, a clueless Hermione! _snitchbitch is so right. Hermione can be so oblivious about what's right under her nose and not readily analysed in intellectual terms. But luckily she catches on fast. :D

I loved the idea of Cedric as a romance novelist, too, and how you gradually revealed him as the author. I think the title of his new novel is very apt, regardless of what Hermione claims! ♥

(Also, I'm so sorry it took me a bit to read and comment. My mum was taken ill - hopefully nothing really serious, but requiring hospitalization and various tests - and I've spent the better part of the past three days at the hospital. I saw you'd posted and I wanted to read so badly! And yay, of course it was lovely! Really cheered me up at the end of a long day, so thank you so much for that. ♥)
