Damn, I don't even know where to start! This was so good! I loved the melancholy tone with the bit of optimism at the end, the little asides about everyone's character (esp Harry and Teddy), and just the slow build up to something romantic without anyone taking their clothes off. This was really beautiful. Thanks, doll! ♥

What a lovely, quiet scene! A little bittersweet, but still mellow, and hopeful. I love the honesty between Tonks and Bill, how generous they are in the way they talk about their own past affair and their marriages with Remus and Fleur, respectively. I like the way the AU element relates to canon.
