Hee! You thought of a title! Now to read.

OK, said title is more positive than the ones previous, but with Gaila and Chekov kidnapping him at the end of "Withdrawal," that had to happen, right?

Jim's a bit anal-retentive about his crew, isn't he? *hugs*

He named the puppy McCoy? And calls it Mac? *pops from the awwwwwww*

Gaila and Chekov are going to help smuggle Jess onboard? ROFL. Somehow, I don't think they'll get in trouble with the Captain. *snicker*

They both look at him as if his approval really means something, which is just a little fucked up. ... It’s got to be the captain stuff, which means there’s yet another thing that he’s going to have to figure out how to do if the rest of the crew is so openly eager for this sort of thing.
Yeah, you'd better get used to it, Jim. You're a *cough* role model now.

Chekov hacked the system? ROFL! The Enterprise has a whole crew of hackers, between Jim and Chekov (and Spock, I'm sure).

Chekov rolls his eyes. “If I do it well, you will never know if there is sneaky stuff.”ROFLMAO ( ... )

Poor baby.

I really love the Chekov and Gaila friendship.

...such a fantastic chapter, but the bones-shaped hole that exists in Jim is so obvious in the writing. Jeez, fantastic.

Not even out of spacedock and shenanigans have begun! I like where this is going ;-)

The thing is that not even Pike can deny that none of the CMO applications even compare to Bones

Uh huh. /is hopeful
