♥ Delani (my little sister) has a job! It's her first job, and it happens to be somewhere that she's wanted to work since she was like 12, so she's bouncy and thrilled. She turned 16 around Christmas, and she's been looking for a job since January, so I'm glad she finally found one, especially one somewhere she's excited about. It's at Hot Topic, for anyone who is familiar with it.
♥ Work is going well still. Gets a bit slow some nights, but there's usually busy work to keep me busy and make time goes faster.
♥ road_ahead is love. There's a ball coming up next weekend, in fact. Is it pathetic that I've requested PTO time for next Saturday so that I can be home to help run the event and have my characters attend? Yeah, I thought it probably was. LMAO. *is also planning to take vacation day on September 19, so I can be home when hermionebigbang goes live and do lots of reading*
♥ All my exchange fics are done and sent in, which is a huge weight off my shoulders. I've signed up for three Big Bangs, all of which have ideas of some sort in my head, but they're not like a 'if you don't do it, you're a total failure and someone will get a hastily written gift boo on you' thing, so there's not so much pressure. I want to start my hermionebigbang fic tomorrow because that idea is talking the loudest right now.
♥ I have to go to work tonight, but I have a few hours this morning before I leave, so I'm going to work on spreadsheets for HBB and finish my laundry. Fun times! I hope all of y'all have a great weekend! *hugs and loves*
