Happy Birthday Abbey Reese Brannen!
She came in the world today at 2:30 p.m. weighing 7 pounds and 2.6 ounces and 19 1/2 inches long.
I will post a picture later.
Mom was supposed to have her naturally but due to Abbey's heart rate dropping, they had to take her by cesarean section.
Both she and my mom are doing great.
I have never had a baby brother or sister and never knew that I could love one the way that I already love Abbey. She is the sweetest little baby and didn't cry at all after they had her cleaned up. Besides the doctors and nurses, I was the first one to hold her. She was very alert and just looked at me with her little blue eyes. She brought tears to my eyes when I saw her. Maybe that is just because I am an emotional person.
Ok everyone, I hope y'alls day was just as great as mine. Goodnight to all especially Mom and Abbey.
