Excited & Nervous
As I'm counting down the days before I leave for New York..I'm getting really excited and very nervous...(Well it's hard not to be.) Nervous because I'm trying to set up some connections with Couch Surfing before hand...So I could have a place to crash while I find an apartment..
But all of them said it's a little too far in advance to know what's going to happen...The thought of being homeless when I arrive is kind of scary.... worst comes to push I'll just have to break down and pay for a hostel. (which sucks).. and go on a blitz apartment hunting.. It's a good thing I'm going to be packing light... just two bags...
So if anyone knows anyone living in New York that would offer me a place to crash while I find an apartment.. get at me!
As time gets closer I'll re-send some messages back to the couch surfers.. And hopefully things will be different..
