i decided im loosing weight the right way, or not at all. i've been throwing up a lot this past week and i've never done that before. its not okay, and i cant go around thinking it is. i know it seems like im running from the disorder, and i probably am...but maybe all this running will leave it behind, because i cant take this anymore. im not going to get help, not because i dont want it, but because my mom is dealing with a lot right now, and sitting her down and telling her that i have multiple eating problems would send her over the edge.
so anyways, i joined sparkpeople.com and my goal is to be 100 pounds be june 15th.
i do 35 minutes of cardio 3 times a week and strength training two.
i may add a little more cardio, or ab workouts here and there but it sounds like a plan to me.
