(no subject)
okay as many people know, the april batch of recruits booked out on the 25th april! which was a friday.
and they booked in today evening.
i spent today watching gossip girls, eating (my appetite has returned), listening bout army tales, army songs (purple light?!?! my rifle, my buddy and meeeeeeee) and... eating. before we left for white sands for an early dinner with his family! it was a seeeaaaaa of green clones omg, haha and THEY ALL LOOKED THE SAME:(
met many many people, like drew!! and shuming!! and justin!! and xingqun!! and basil and oh, shujun's cousin whatshisnameagain?
haha, it was really really amusing. then huiming wanted to introduce his bunk mates to me (at least those i hear laughing at him when he's talking to me at night) so i followed him (with his mum and dad in tow) allll the way to pasir ris bus interchange allll the way to the end througgghhh the sea of green clones (they reminded me of those 3 eyed green creatures from toy story) to meet them but the thing is they were all bunched up like the cells in the myelin sheath and i was so overwhelmed cause of all the "whoa huiming your girlfriend ah? hi my name is _____ nice to meet you!! eh huiming good catch eh?" i ran off towards the safety of his mum hahaha.
and the most hilarious bit was when they fell in, and all the platoons sat on the grass and remained silent, his platoon was the only one standing and laughing with the sergeant. really really rowdy but im really glad, they're all pretty decent people i'd say. unlike some stories ive been hearing o.O hahaha! huiming sent me a message later, "Haha the guys were all looooking at you, then Sergeant said anyone who looks at you will get confinement!" no wonder the cheeky grin from shuming -.-
