I have to say I love college. However, my workload has been killing me. There's communications/business majors all around campus here just tanning and being test-less and going out Thursday nights as well as weekends while I'm trying to stay on top of all my schoolwork. Y'know, if I got credit hours for my physics discussion, math lab, and my entire Intro to Engineering class, I'd technically be taking 23 credits right now, but Engineering can't count the discussion or lab or all the Intro credits or else all their freshmen would be over the 18-credit limit. That was uplifting news.

And my classmates are a little intimidating in their credentials. Slowly they're revealing more about themselves in an academic sense and so many are valedictorians and got into places like Brown and John Hopkins and our classes now are basically review for them over APs they've already taken and such. A girl I thought was a complete ditz got 100% on our first Physics exam. Kerazy.

I'm not going to let my schoolwork kill me, though. I've always got at least one day's worth of the weekend to myself and I make sure to use it to the fullest extent of doing nothing constructive.

My schoolwork is going to stay pretty hectic for now though; I'm going to try to get through a 6-year program for a Bachelor's in Architectural Engineering and a Master's in Architecture so I can do both the engineering and design. It's pretty much just up to me whether or not I can get through it because I have to actually get into the School of Architecture for the graduate portion in order to follow through with the program, but I'll do whatever I can to make it... if I complete the program then I'll have everything I'll need for my dream career. Oh, and if I make it through the 6 years in one piece, I'll be the first girl to do it. I thought that was a pretty cool bit of trivia. (Oh and that's not in the sense that it's an insane program; they just started it up a couple years ago.) I'm worried about the stress but my advisor said I'd be fine. I'll take his word for it. 6 years in Miami wooo!

In summation Thank God it's Friday and I hope you all are doing well :)
