Hey, doesn't it suck when you're using dial-up for a while and finally switch over to DSL (my service ready date got pushed up), and a virus that was never before evident on your computer suddenly appears? And you have a copied version of Windows from a family computer genius so you can't go to Windows Update to get it fixed? And Norton isn't working right?
