last night was cool. Tina and Phillip came over with thier 4yr old daughter crista bella. She played with Kaleb while we all talked about everything under the sun.
I was really touched at how Tina shared so much with me. She really opened up her heart. I felt privileged to know that she felt comfortable around me to confide in me and share her broken heart over her recent miscarriage. I never took the time to think about how I would feel if that had ever happened to me and I know that it could someday if I ever got pregnant again. I didn't really know what to say, I just wanted to listen and let her know that I care. She seems to have really relied on God through the whole thing and I admire her.
Nader and phillip just yapped about business and what not. He's trying to refinance their home- in case you guys didn't know, Nader is a mortgage broker. I'm so proud of him, he truly takes care of this family and I'm amazed every day at how good he is at what he does.
I'm having a hell of a time figuring out what to paint my walls. I think browns, then I feel that's too 70's for me. Then I think that beiges are easy, but too bland. I'm a pansy about the bright colors. I'm stuck but the walls are so cold feeling. oh well.
my mom's coming back from el paso tomorrow, I hope she had a good time. Kaleb will be so happy to see his grandma.
