this formal statement:
Fighting at acacia strain shows will NOT be tolerated. You get ONE
chance, after that we pack up and walk off of the stage. As you can see,
this is a very serious issue to us and we will not stand for it. It is
disrespectful to us, everyone who payed to get into the show, and the
venue itself.
Let me break it down for you. If you fight at one of our shows, that
venue is one step closer to getting shut down. You are also one step
closer to never being able to see us again. Do you want us to give up?
Do you want us to write softer music? Maybe we will just stay home.
It honestly isn't up to us, its up to you kids.
Listen, some promoters are getting close to refusing to book us due to
YOUR disrespect. I am trying everything I can to get you kids to stop
fighting, but some of you aren't listening. You are ruining this for
everyone, and you are taking food out of our mouths. Contrary to popular
belief, we don't so this to be rockstars. We get on that stage every
night FOR YOU. We do this because we love it and we want everyone to
have fun. If you fight you are ruining it for yourselves and everyone
around you. I'm not saying don't dance, I'm not saying don't mosh, but
OPEN YOUR EYES. im not bitching, im just seriously fed up.
So cut it out, spread the word, and have some fun. Come to an acacia
strain show with a smile on your face and your thumbs up.
