*Snort*. You're just trying to get us to ship them, aren't you?
Gestures towards a grim triptych containing a huddle of grey figures. Dark eyes stare in hopeless ennui, ribs and faces gaunt and smudged with dirt.
Very nice, because you can both see the classic concentration camp pictures, and the kind of medieval souls in torment kind of thing. Or maybe I'm projecting...
Oh, Bennet and Sandra...and Mohinder...so sweet and sad...
[Sorry, this chapter feels a bit ... bitty. We're getting there. Really.]
Catching up with everyone was good, though, so don't worry about it!

I would never do that. They just slash themselves

I don't think you are. I don't know quite what I had in mind there, but it went beyond the usual pictures ... I think I had a sort of warped version of Edvard Munch's Scream. 'Cause, y'know, it's not warped enough.

I'm not short on sources for pathos in this story.
Hopefully more plot next time. Thanks for reading! :)

No, not at all...I kind of saw those images on medieval cathedral doors. I actually have a very specific one that I thought of and have no idea where it was.

Heh, well, it's WWII...I don't think ethos and logos were in great supply.

"Let's go get a drink and something to eat."
If you're buying, thinks Theo, glumly.

I was just in a very art history frame of mind...didn't help that this morning we were in class and talking about "canon".

I have no clue what Porthos even is...ethos, logos and pathos I only know from debate and speech writing...

Heee! And I bet you were all, like, "Ooh, I know what that is! It's when there are two hot men who ... uh ... never mind."

You know, we were talking about Greek sculpture...it probably would've been as good an answer as any...

*sigh*. Of course he was...and so you're right, no one remembers poor Porthos...

Hee. I think if you've mentioned Greek, that's probably carte blanche ... ;)
