Hehehe. Oh, Theo. I do love him so, even though (maybe especially since) he has the worst luck ever.
Although he did catch a bit of break here, didn't he?
Liked the contrast between Theo and Mattias, with one being all warm and full for a change while the other goes home with a headache to something not quite as pleasant. I do love those two together, in slashy and nonslashy ways as well.
Anyway, this was great...love it whenever this story comes up. Even when I don't really have time to read/comment properly.

He really does, doesn't he? Although yes, you're right, he did catch a break here, for a change.

I think you're only going to get the non-slashy way here. But I love 'em together too; there'll be a little more yet.
Thanks for reading! Whatever comments you leave are always great :)
think you're only going to get the non-slashy way here. But I love 'em together too; there'll be a little more yet- Well, you've got enough slashiness going with other people, and I can never really see Matt with anyone but Janet, just because he's so damn obsessive about her.
Oh, and I line I only caught on the second read through which made me laugh:
He has no idea of going back to the cottage, but he can't exactly stay in Amsterdam, not now. Not even so Claude can come back and nail him to a wall as a warning to future stupid firestarter bookshop assistants.
Because in the world of Nazi's, police officers who can read his thoughts, and his own ability to set fire to things, he's still terrifyied of Claude. Hee. It's adorable.

*snorts* he loves his wife. It always amuses me how riled up people get about her very existence. Matt's a good guy (incidentally, she's Janice rather than Janet, but I'm sure there are some Rocky Horror fans out there who'd be amused by the idea of a crossover) (Not me. It just annoys me.)

You read my fic twice! *marries you on the spot*

It always amuses me how riled up people get about her very existence Just like Simone...I mean, she wasn't a favorite but I liked her well enough. And Janice can be a little whiny, but she obviously does love him back.
incidentally, she's Janice rather than Janet *headdesk* Actually, that whole last comment, *headdesk* worthy. Forgot the poor woman's name, and also misspelled "terrified". This is what comes of listening to music in Spanish for inspiration! I get mixed up.
You read my fic twice! *marries you on the spot* Yeeesss! And on your birthday, too! I actually usually do read yours twice, first for plot and then for, like, writerly things. Oh, technical terms. Love them.

Yeah. I could never quite muster the raging antipathy that either of them seemed to draw from others ;)

Hee! Don't worry about it. And when you see my eventual and undoubtedly pathetic attempt(s?) at drabbles in Spanish, you'll realise what poor language looks like ;)
I actually usually do read yours twice, first for plot and then for, like, writerly things.
Cool. I'm an inveterate reader-again myself, though it's usually not as focused as that! First time through I make notes of the bits that stand out, and the second time is just gratuitous revelling in fic :)

And when you see my eventual and undoubtedly pathetic attempt(s?) at drabbles in Spanish, you'll realise what poor language looks like ;) Hey, more power to you! I don't I'd ever be drawn to a Spanish drabble (that sounds so exotic...like Spanish fly), so I'd be in no position to criticize yours.

*g* I am. I'm a pussycat. Why doesn't anyone realise? ;)

Hee! Exotic ... uh, no. Stumbling, probably. And I'd be delighted to get your feedback on it, because I'll be looking for native speakers, however rusty, to critique me :)
(early days, though. So far I've only just started making lists of Spanish words I love).
I'm a pussycat. Why doesn't anyone realise? ;) Awww...*pets*...I bet you even purr too.

So far I've only just started making lists of Spanish words I love Well, just throw them all together and call it a poem. That's my strategy.

Upon reflection, no.
