So let me get this straight - Larry King is getting his 8th divorce, Britney Spears had a 55 hour marriage. Jesse James and Tiger Woods are screwing EVERYTHING - yet the idea of same-sex marriage is going to destroy the institution of marriage?? Really? REALLY??

There is a Liz Taylor 9th marriage reference in the original meme but I took it out--I think she's totally awesome, I believe looking for love no matter how many times it hasn't worked out IS positive to the institution of marriage, and she's a huge supporter of gay marriage so using her like that seems wrong.
