(no subject)
Editors meetings started yesterday. It was nice to be back in Bunka's room, with BS, Caitie, Kate, Katie, Diane, and Sean [the understudy\\temp, haha]. Katherine was supposed to be there [since she's going to be the sports editor and all], but no one could reach her. [Has anyone figured out why?] Hopefully, she'll be there today. Especially since she didn't go to Ball State or MIPA, she should really be there.
I realized last night, while compiling questions, that I am really going to miss writing stories. I mean, I'm extremely happy to be an editor, but I loved getting the challenging stories because no one else wanted to write them and I had fun doing all of the interviews and research.
I realize that's an incredibly dorky thing to say, but I'm being completely honest. I just hope that the next person to get those stories does a good job.
Okay, moving along...
Rise Against is tomorrow! Yay! I can't wait to be with my bee-hotches again. Oh, how I love them so. :)
I'm really hungry and there's no food in my house, so I think I'm going to walk to Tim Hortons or French Laundry and get a bagel.
