Anyway still have to document down my lesson learning otherwise it will just fly out of my brain by tomorrow
1. Gear 1 Brake
- Both leg must be off the ground * unless the distance is less than 1 bike length
- Clutch in
- Apply rear and front brake *more % on the rear brake*
2. Gear 5 Brake
- Close throttle
- Apply rear and front brake *more on the rear*
- Clutch in
- Kick the gear down to 1
- Apply brake gently until the stop point
3. Gear 5 to Gear 3 utilizing engine brake * for turning *
- Close throttle
- Apply rear and front brake *gently, the aim is to glide and down gear not totally stop*
- Clutch in
- Kick the gear down to 3 *do not release brake before the clutch, you will free wheel at gear 5*
- Release the clutch
- Release the brake
- Throttle to turn
*Bonus Tip to prevent....

* Gear 1 has the most powerful engine brake, you will fly!
* If you're unable to kick down to Gear 1, quickly release and clutch in to kick down
* Gear down to Gear 2 if you anticipate any upcoming stop.
* If your throttle is too slow right after you change gear, your engine will be really noisy. Just increase your throttle
* Bonus bonus tip from chatting up guys in my class*
* When going up slope, apply front brake to stop. It's more powerful
* When going down slope, apply rear brake more. Otherwise you will fly!
On a side note, I'm on a 2 lesson/module average. 2 down 2 more to go before I can shake off the Chronicle of 2B1.
Well better be safe than sorry. Like Mr Toh said, aim for 120, even if you falter, you will land on 100.
