I have now come to the point in my young life where I have to make life altering decisions. Do I want money? Or work-life balance? Should I wait in hopes something better will come along? Or should I take a better-than-what-I-have-now deal even tho' it's not as good as it can get?
I have just been offered by an offshore firm. The pay is 50% more than I currently get, but the corporate dept is very small which may mean few deals or deals which are not of fantastic quality. Bonus is based on performance and will be between 5% and 25% of annual pay (meaning less than 1 month's pay to 3 months' max). This compared to the mininun 4 months' I get now. How? HOW??
