Dell should now be named Dhell. I've only had this laptop for two years and a)my hard drive is shot, b)my processor is shot, or c)both are shot. My uncle tried his best but couldn't fix it. After five hours of trying, he said it wasn't worth it and if I still had my warranty, to send it back to Dell. He's hoping that they'll see what a hopeless ( Read more... )

Do you have complete care? I have it with my dell and when things have messed up, they've always sent me new parts or come to my house to fix the problem (I've gotten a new cd drive, a new keyboard, and other random help...)

I'm sorry i'tsn ot working :(

I'm not sure if I have it or not. We bought it so long ago. We need to find all the paperwork and stuff that came with it to make sure the warranty isn't up and to see if we have complete care.

You can call Dell and find out a lot of that info... all you need is the Service Tag on the bottom of your laptop (there is a bar looks like something you would scan at the grocery store and it says "Express Service Code" and "Service Tag"

You can then call the 1-800 number and wait for al ong time and then they will talk to you...
