work rant . . .ect.
i'm so pissed off right now. seriously a person, even if they are making well over state minimum wage, cannot survive on 16-20 hour work weeks. what's worse, one of the kids there is getting 35+ hours a week . . .wtf? i have position seniority by almost two years . . .TWO YEARS! this is the only thing i hate about small, privately owned retail businesses . . . the cliquey part. effing boys club.:/ it's not even the 'big boss' either it's the damn store manager who makes the schedules that likes to give me shitty hours. no, the 'big boss' gives me 8 hour days. then again, so does the other store manager . . .just not the dick who makes the schedules on a regular basis. if anything this has been the breaking point that will send me back to school -- this fall if i can.
so yes, i will more than likely be putting my two weeks notice in by the end of this month . . . i want to tonight, but i must wait.
