how was everyones new year? mine was allright, i had to work the closing shift so i didn't do much. but i did still have fun. aimee and chris came down from seattle-land and heather came up. and jackie got drunk and rude. any who -- the true purpose of this post -- the always fun year end livejournal wrap up. XD ya know the whole first sentence from the first post of each month this year thing. i've done it the last three years, am v. bored so I thought what the hell? I'll do it again. Without further audieu . . .
Hope everyone had a fantastic end of '05 celebration. Ack! My brain hurt so bad . . . And I haven't even taken the in-class portion with poetry scansion. yay! it's march. just wanted to say. So here they are, the sad amount of pictures I compiled at sakuracon. Big surprise there, eh? IT IS HERE! Moive was good. Totally amazed me, I wasn't expecting much and got a real treat. Carys in her lovely new wigs. I have to say, I really do love the idea of wigged dolls more than I thought I would. well, i'm off in a few hours to portland. sshshsh . . don't tell kim. she needs a good home! so the coal mine where my dad has worked for almost ever (about 21-22 years) shut down on monday.
so that was kind of 2006 . . . year in which my family experienced everything from death of a very important grandpa/dad and my dad lost his job. yeah, not the best year, but i suppose not the worst either. i was able to bring home carys and balin (something for which i've been waiting about five years).
well, the fist day of 2007 is almost up and i'm still alive and kicking. good start to the year, to be alive.
also december was my most posted in month in 2006 with a whopping sixteen posts. whoopie!
yeah . . .good 2007 everyone.
