I think my interview went alright. It's just really hard to have an interview with your manager when she was just telling you minutes before of her drunken 8 hour binge at the bar on Friday. Maybe she senses the Lucious Lush in me?
I also had the interview with the Associate Director, who is also supremely friendly and approachable. So it was quite hard to maintain formality during an interview, and I kept being ultra laid back and I think I apologized for it and they were like "It's cool" considering they were reading me the THIRTY (!!!) scenario/interview questions from the computer and not a print out because our system printers went down...again...and hurridly were taking crib notes of my answers and writing the questions on legal pads.
I also had to do a writing sample of a memo that I would send to my employees if I get the Mgmt. Coordinator position. Which is lame for the fact that I have to CONSTANTLY write out memos for the Employee Handbook stuff.
Within the interview I think I came off as:
Way too relaxed
Very knowledgeable
A down to earth person
Practical with real life situations.
Hopefully they appreciate these.
I will find out Friday.
Other than that work was alright. Not much to write about.

And I didnt get it, not surprised, I might have been good at my job but I also called in A LOT. And you know, as someone who is currently in a "leadership" position, I'd rather not be! God, I am not even kidding.
Paul's appt went well and he got new meds so HOPEFULLY these calm his anxiety down a few levels, it hurts seeing him being so stressed about simple things and I want to tell him to "JUST DO IT AND SEE" but I also dont have anxiety and know thats NOT what I should say so hopefully meds chill him out a bit.
Work was work, I am still playing catch up but wont ever be fully caught up as I now have more work...but more money. So, win?
I just bought some new supplies for Etsy per usual, off season by the time they get in. I found some conversation heart flatbacks that I am sure I can turn into sweet necklaces but the valentines day gift buying is soon to be wrapping up and it takes a minimum of like three months of any listing I add to gain traction on Etsy. I went to reup my heart lollipops (i have plenty still but I keep selling them like hotcakes) but they jacked up their price, which happens before a sale so they can say "fifty percent off" so I need to keep my eye out for that sale. Or if they are just that price to cry and whine and pay it, I am watching it over the next few weeks for sure.
I also have instacart coming today very soon actually, the app says the driver is on her way, thankfully its just a handful of things from costco since I am low on snacking cheese, peanutbutter filled pretzels and coffee creamer. I also picked up Better than Boulion as I was out (but dont need it right away either) and some danishes because I am a fatty for life.
I am freaking tired and dont want to do anything but thankfully I only have two etsy orders to pack up and drums and thats IT. So I am going to go ahead and print my labels and wait for instacart and then drum, then??? I dunno! Maybe make dinner as that needs to happen?
