My house is almost clean. I'm so close to being done, I can taste the lemony/orangey/bleachy air.
Not a lot has happened, but I feel like I've been so busy. I discovered six more people that I know that are in Oberlin for the summer. I am thinking about having a barbeque at some point this week. I mean, I have two grills, two picnic tables, and a HUGE back yard. It needs to be done.
I had fun Saturday night. I went out with Katie, Kat and Nancy (plus a few of their creative writing friends) and ate pizza and played Apples to Apples. I almost won, which is quite an accomplishment for me. I usually suck. We then went to Lake Erie and walked around on the beach. I came home, ate some watermelon, and went to sit on the porch. My neighbor, Johnny, came over, gave me a beer, and we stood outside for almost an hour just talking about random shit. It was great. He is a maintenance worker for the city and a damn nice fellow.
That's all for now. Perhaps something that is actually exciting will happen so I won't bore you all with my mundane existance.
