Hah, thanks~ Four hours until my second day of college, and I'm actually excited. You once told me I wouldn't, uh, feel any different once I'm in college - and you were right. I don't. :) I just feel more at home, if that makes sense.
Yes, that makes perfect sense. Thinking on it further perhaps its unfair to say college freshmen wouldn't feel any different. Its a place where you are living independently (on some level at least) with more freedom and flexiblity of time. There's a huge difference between freshmen in college and seniors in high school simply because of that difference in life stages. But you don't suddenly feel like an instant grown-up (this was what I kept expecting. Silly.)
Glad to hear you like it. Is the college in your hometown then?
late reply couldn't be later but you're absolutely right about freedom of time and flexibility! Now that I've had a chance to, well, become more familiar with the entire environment of college-life, I can definitely see what you mean - there is a difference between being a freshman in college and senior in high school

You know, The different branches make it sound like each branch must be very friendly because they are smaller places so staff and students both see the same people more often than a big university like Harvard or some such you might see on a movie. I'm so glad that college seems to agree with you
