*cute* is the perfect word to describe ookiku.
The main character = the cutess guy ever.
I suggest you to watch the anime and oh god, you'll defenitively understand!! :D

(I also know that the woman who write ookiku (which is a huge manga in japan) also wrote some small shonen-ai hinted doujinshi/manga and loves it. So you'll see TONS of them in this manga. ♥

Btw, how do you find my fic so far? The two best word to describe it right now would be *incomplete* and *complicated* but well... I really hope that will be my best fic written so far (I'm giving myself a half a year to write it). :)

Okay~! I'm so on Ookiku - or at least, I'll get to it after my next post! What's the plot, if I may ask? I usually look for character interaction in anime/manga, because shounen plots are all so similar that they just don't appeal anymore.

Incomplete is a given, since well, uh, it's not finished yet. And I really don't know about complicated, but I do have to say some parts are especially... bewildering. But you mentioned in your e-mail that I shouldn't let that put me off, since everything will make sense as the story progresses, so I'm just playing along for now. Some sentences could be structured better, or written more simply, but I won't go as far as to say there's anything specifically wrong with them. Some bits are awkward/redundant, but we can easily fix that with a thesaurus and a bit of tinkering!

I can send whatever I've beta'd to you right away, or would you prefer to receive the entire thing beta'd in one go?

I really hope that will be my best fic written so far (I'm giving myself a half a year to write it). :) -
