Day 5. A song/artist you turn to when you're really angry
Oh, this one is so easy to answer. While I could easily say Shinedown or Disturbed, they're only second to one of my favorite bands - Stabbing Westward. They're definitely my really angry music when I need to just blow steam off if the others aren't doing it for me when I need to do it. The sound is amazing, moody and dark and I enjoy the hell out of it. Not to mention it always gets me moving.
Stabbing Westward - The Thing I Hate
Stabbing Westward is one of those bands that aren't together anymore, sadly, but their music was a huge part of my life and still is. I use them a lot when writing fight scenes too or darker pieces (which is a lot of what I write, so... 8D)
If I could, I'd link more of their music but The Thing I Hate has always been a personal favorite so... I'll go with that one. Save Yourself is also amazing. Hell, I pretty much all of their songs. Falls Apart comes to mind---I COULD GO ON FOREVER. |D I have like three copies of their album Darkest Days around here since I thought I lost one, got an edited one, and needed the explicit one. 8D!!!!
