Broke down today and had several cigarettes. Went four days with none, but you wouldn't believe the day at work i had, and i don't want to go into it, for it will depress me further. i'm okay now. i'll not be buying any and i shan't have any more tonight or tomorrow or hopefully forever. but i'm aware setbacks can occur. i'll win the war.
