pets
for all you people who HAVENT known me since kindergarten and possibly dont know me all that well, i love animals. i have my adorable piggy Ginger (in case you are confused SEE MY BIO!). for my 7th bday my grandparents gave me a fish tank and took me to a fish store for my own pet fish. well guess what? THEY ALL DIED! what do you expect from fish? they are quite possibly the most boring pets alive and they kept dying so we kept replacing them until i finally said ENOUGH! no more stupid fishies... i was petless for a few years until in 5th grade i tried to persuade my parents for a cute fuzzy pet. they made me do a report on it! i had to research what it would be like to take care of a gerbil, guinea pig, or hamster... anyways, a girl from my church was selling her guinea pig when i was in 6th grade so i finally got a cute and cuddly pet! my whole life my mom has been allergic to cats (but she thinks she isnt anymore) and my parents are "allergic" to taking care of dogs hehe (in other words they just dont want to have to build a fence, walk it, clean up after it etc.) so im happy that i have my piggy - shes 5 1/2 years old and still kickin' :D
anyways, when i grow up the pets that i want are a dwarf lop rabbit (so adorable in case youve never seen one), a welsh corgie, and a basset hound some time in my life... gotta love em! :D
to continue the love of animals story, the highlight of my day yesterday was that i saved a frog! it was trapped in our storm window (right above the comp in the basement hehe) because it had jumped in there but couldnt jump high enough to get out! so anyways i ran outside in my pjs and gardening gloves and caught it and let it go... it was quite fun!
