My name is Matthew Smith. I'm a Muslim (since 1998), a cyclist, an out-of-work small truck driver, and an amateur computer programmer with an interest in the Qt toolkit, from south-west London (England, not Canada, though only Canadians would not realise that).
This isn't my blog. I have this account because I wanted to post comments on articles in the Independent. Now they've moved on to Disqus. Perhaps one day I'll want to start a friends-only blog, but if that happens it probably won't be here, because I won't want you to know who I really am.
My real blog is Indigo Jo Blogs. You may also like to check out A Qt Blog, if Qt programming floats your boat, or my QTM homepage, if you want a desktop blogging client. But not if you're on LiveJournal, as it's not compatible. (It works with Wordpress, Movable Type, Drupal and a few ohter systems.)
