(no subject)
Woosh, so, yeah here is an update.
Like Two weeks ago I went to see The Futureheads with my sister. It was pretty awesome and really fun. The surprise awesome was that Tapes 'n Tapes was the opening band, to my surprise, and they rocked quite heartily. Surprises like that are good.
Then, last weekend, jamieotterbein and I went to see Sonic Youth and The Flaming Lips. The surprise on this one is that The Go! Team was the opening band and I didn't know, but it was not a good surprise, because by the time we made our way through the traffic and got into the place, they only had a song and a half left. Oh well. Sonic Youth was excellent, predictably. They played mostly stuff off of Rather Ripped, of course, but that's okay, because I really liked that album. The Flaming Lips, well, they're a big party. I would go see them again in a heartbeat.
The rest of the weekend, me and Jamie just sat around doin' nothin' in true Ohioan fashion.
Been working on songs and such. They're good songs.
