Update!
I know it's been quite some time since I last posted, but I thought I'd share that I finally decided to take the plunge and get an iPhone, leaving the Sprint network with it's high speed and fairly decent service for the wondrous iPhone that is on one of the worst networks in the US. We'll have to wait to see how this turns out.
BTW: the ordering process was horrible. Spending all day, starting at 4AM EST, trying to load up the iPhone section of the online Apple Store web page was horrible. I eventually received a notification that I could configure a reservation for pickup on next Thursday at the retail Apple Store at Somerset in Troy. We'll see how this turns out. I'd hate to spend half of my Friday waiting in line at the mall. X.X
