My dream last night was odd to say the least... It started with me walking into Kurtz hall, and I found four or five rather large carpet cleaners blocking the path to the stairway. I wondered why they were there, but I figured that someone made a huge mess and the cleaning staff was preparing to clean it up. I climbed over the cleaners and headed up to dorm suite (Room 227 - on the second floor).
When I arrived, I walked into the kitchen and sat my stuff down on the kitchen table. I then walked over a little closer to the living room, but still standing by the kitchen table, with the door (which is straight across from the table) propped open. That's when Jennifer (the RHC) and some RA walked into my room and plastered some item on my door. The item was some type of food, gross and slimy. They did this to advertise a program of "becoming vegan" and throughout the hall, there was greesy, slimy, fatty foods plastered on everyone's door, which even dripped onto the floor and soaked into the carpet.
"What are you doing!?" I asked Jennifer and the RA in frustration.
"We're advertising our vegan program." I was shocked that they would cause so much trouble just for their little program. "Won't you join us tonight at 10pm?"
"No."
"Why not?" They said in annoyed protest of my rejection.
"Because I don't want to become vegan." The argument continued for a few minutes, and then suddenly, out of the blue, I asked: "Where's Tim, or his brother Lukas?" For some reason, I wanted to contact one of them -- they are RAs and friends, and I thought if anyone would be able to get me out of this situation it would be them.
"They are out of the state on a family emergency."
I started to freak out, and ran to my phone to call Tim and ask him what's going on... When I found out that it wasn't as huge of a deal as Jennifer made it out to be, I started talking to him about this stupid "vegan" program and what advice I could get from him to avoid dealing with it.
His response: "Move out of the dorms."
Hehehe, interesting answer isn't it, especially with how I'm moving out of the dorms in about two weeks. Oddly enough, Tim hasn't lived in the dorms for two years now, which is odd that I would dream about him and his brother (who has been graduated for even longer than Tim's been out of school) being RAs.
