I was in my cryptography class, in a building that was was missing the back wall... like it was designed not to have one on that side for some reason... Which made having class in that classroom (which that building was just one room, with a missing wall) really difficult, because it was the middle of winter, and to boot, that day was extremely cold and we had just had a really bad snow storm.
When I walked into class, I was already stressed out... It was an exam day, and my instructor wasn't going to be letting us get away with cheating, so he forced us to take off our coats and sit at our desks with just our pencils and paper, using the logic that since he could stand to walk around in his long-sleeve oxford dress-shirt, then so could everyone else.
As we were starting the exam, he decided to split everyone up... He had us all go outside (it was still snowing a little bit) and do the exam while sitting on the hood of our cars and he would walk around the parking lot to make sure that we weren't cheating.
One of the guys kept trying to pass me answers, and I about freaked out, I was under too much stress to risk expulsion for something as small as getting an extra question right on an exam... He kept pestering me for a while, which made me forget to open my "questions packet." We were arguing for so long, that when our instructor walked by, he said "Last few minutes!" -- I hadn't even started the exam yet, and it was down to the last few minutes! Eeaakk!! I opened the exam, hoping that it was another five question exam like it was last time, that way I could at least give it a decent shot and hopfully finish it, with or without the correct answers in the time alloted, but when I open the exam, I found that it was hundreds of questions long, and there was going to be no way for me to finish all that.
I did what I could... I got a little over half way though with the exam before it was time to collect our papers. I was under so much stress that I felt dizzy and sick. I asked him about what I could do for extra credit, and what he told me was way too difficult for me to pull off. I was so stressed out that I decided to go back to my car and take a drive.
When I got into my car, I somehow put it into drive without knowing about it. I just wanted to sit in my car for a while to calm down, but while I wasn't looking out the windows, I felt the car moving forward. I looked up and saw that I was going down a hill! I slammed on the breaks, but the hill was way to steep, and I couldn't stop. I held on to the wheel, slamming on the breaks as I drove over the snow covered hill. I closed my eyes as I started nearing the bottom, and heard a train coming. I was too scared to open my eyes, even as the whistle got louder and the light got brighter, warning me to get out of the way.
