The Perfect Day
Yesterday was amazing. I'd say it was the best day I've had in a while, if not ever. There was no big event, or anything especially out of the ordinary, it was just a day filled with fun things I enjoy doing. At midnight me and Ian were cuddled up in his bed watching Blade Runner and once that was finished - we went to Cook Out! I had a good nights sleep. I slept in, we laid awake in bed cuddling for an hour, went home to my funny face dog and played with him. Went to the YMCA for spinning class and had a great work out. After I went and sat in the hot tub with Siddhartha. This book really resonates with my soul. Came home and sewed for three hours and my costume is progressing nicely. Took a shower, went shopping and bought a lot of stuff but all on sale! I picked up a lot of really cute cupcake themed things at Michaels because they were a dollar each and also I have this fantasy that I'm going to find myself a local lolita to teach me her ways of this subculture and bounce costume ideas off of. At South Point I found a bunch of cute clothes at JC Penny's my favorite being the long cargo shorts. Gonna wear them today!! At Macy's I found a cute blouse for my costume. I thought it was $39 - but reasoned it was perfect and I needed it within two weeks but when I bought it it was 10 bucks less! Score! I stopped by gap body and couldn't help myself and bought 8 pairs of thongs. Ate dinner at Panera and hen went home for a quiet evening with the dog and the internet and talking on aim.
