A quick photo update, because Facebook is being stupid and slow about photos. I've only gotten one picture through so far.
OK, not nearly comprehensive, but come to think of it, I didn't take a lot of pictures while I was in P-burgh. These shots are mostly from the first night I was there, with some more on my time downtown, in the museum, and ice skating to come later.
To start things off right, we've gotta have some internet humor:
OMG SECRET NAZI CHZ!!!11
Anyway. Our first night in pittsburgh we took the incline up to see the city at night. it was pretty cool.
I got to practice looking dangerous.
The incline reminded me of Mr. Roger's red trolley car, which is actually pretty interesting because Mr. Roger's Neighborhool was filmed in Pittsburgh.
We were rewarded with some very nice views of the city at the top
I like this one, because the green glint on the viewing thing was actually coming from a Rolling Rock sign in a bar across the street. There are some more pictures where the glow is more prominent, but they're all blurry. do you know how hard it is to take pictures at night?!
We went home soon
....but not before stopping by the law school, and the O.
For all your 'erie' needs.
Um... none more really edited, but here's a quick one of the 'Cathedral of Learning,' which, to this point, I confuse with the 'Nipple of Knowledge.'
Even though they're pretty much exact oppisites. I mean, this is a phallus. And Sibley is a boob.
i've got a lot more to say... About the rest of pittsburgh, the meat restaurant, and the bus ride home. but I'm going to bed.
