Jesus christ his shoulders look like they have shoulder pads inside them. Who's shoulders really stick out that far to the sides?? It reminds me of this dress from last night's project runway:

you know, minus the god awful sleeves, this would have been okay. She could have used that plaid as a sash or something if she had to use it. I actually like the bubble on the bottom.
