Yeah, thats pretty much how I felt today at work. We have no orders we are capable of doing at work since we have to wait for the film to age a bit before we can run it. Whoever knew plastic has to age? Well, since my line was going I got stuck helping powder an order that was returned. What that consisted of is pressing the same but every couple of seconds to move a conveyor belt forward... Why not just hold the button down you may ask? Well apparently it moves the belt way too fast if you do. So here I was for 8 hours, standing there, pushing this button, over and over and over again. I never understood why George Jetson would complain about a hard day at work until today... Surprisingly, that is very tiring.
As for what I did outside of work today? Nothing, Im becoming an insomniac lately it seems. I guess working 2nd shift a while will do that to ya. Cant wait till Im back on 1st. Anyways, thats all for today I guess.
