The 'What I've Written' Meme:

~~

Favourite story:

Difficult decision. I guess I'll have to say Unmasking (Pavi/OFC, Repo!) and its associated tales, the third sequel (Bloodlust [Tension and Release]) especially. As it's the first lengthy fic I've written that I didn't hate completely by the end of the writing process, I have a particular fondness for it. I've no idea if it's the best or not, but considering its reception and the fact that I've written three sequels to it, it's gotta be my favourite.

Best story:

If we're going by amount of reviews, Tables Turn (House/Wilson, House MD) would be numero uno. It's short (friggin' tiny, at 230 words) but still captures the emotions just the way I wanted. It's one of those few dialogue-less stories I've written that actually came out well enough to stand alone without seeming incomplete in some way.

Most Underappreciated Story:

You know, I really liked Fascination ~eternal platonic love mix~ (House/Wilson, House MD) after I finished it. It was light and sweet, with just enough touch of funny and slash to balance everything out. When I got the opportunity to write about DDR at the height of my DDR addiction, I grasped at it eagerly and did my best with it. People liked the fic, but it has fewer reviews than some of the other stories. Course, I could say the same about A Brief Moment (House/Wilson), though I thought the ending of that one was weak anyway.

And, and, and--it makes me sad that some people refuse to read Unmasking because it's got an OFC. Please don't judge too early, people~

Most Fun Story:

Oh, there were a lot of stories I had fun writing. I'll just list some of 'em with a brief description of why.

That Doesn't Count As A Costume (Dan/Walter, Watchmen) - It was my first (and only) dialogue-only story. It was also my only Watchmen fic. It was great to have a chance to just focus on character interaction without concerning myself with description. This fic worked better without background noise. Also it was fluffy and funny :3

Hate My Life (Repo! ensemble) - I had the time of my life writing this. It's fun rewriting lyrics (having done it before to customize Beatles' songs to be Halo-themed xD), and this song worked too well for Repo! I think it's amusing and kind of accurate in a way.

Bloodlust (Tension and Release) (Largo siblings, Repo!) - I just love writing Luigi. He's such a twisted character. 'Nuff said.

Sexiest Story:

Ahh, I haven't written much that one would call 'sexy', but the closest you'll get to it would probably be The Narrator (House/Wilson, House MD). I have such an issue writing anything smutty, so this one was a challenge. It was a prompt, though, so it had to be fulfilled. It seems the masses were appeased, though, so perhaps I succeeded.

My favourite sexytiem scene, however, would have to be at the end of Chapter 6 (Love and Hate) of Unmasking. It was painful, but oh so gooood.

Holy crap, that's wrong, even for you:

I haven't written anything particularly twisted. Does creating an OFC count? Not only that, but a canon character not known for monogamy kind of~sort of had feelings for her. TABOO MUCH. (view Unmasking for details)

Story that shifted my perceptions of a character:

When I first started writing Unmasking, my intention was to just keep Pavi as the heartless, womanizing bastard that he is. I wanted him to break my OFC's heart, and I wanted it to be expected. There was going to be no fooling myself into thinking he was any more than a common, promiscuous asshole. The farther I got into the story, though, I began to see that there might be more to him than the 'wanton face-thief'. Perhaps it was a bit immature of me, but I created a past for him that explained a bit of his behaviour. Oh, I didn't forgive this behaviour--he is still unchangeable, unmoveable--but I was able to see the human side of him hidden behind his mask. Because of this, I was able to sympathize with him, even though he's still a hopeless case.

Hardest Story to Do:

As mentioned before, The Narrator was awkward for me to write because of its semi-smuttiness. I'm sure I'll get used to writing that kind of thing someday. Also, finishing Glimmer on the Horizon (see next section for details) was hard, tedious work...and it shows. Don't even bother reading it, really.

Biggest Disappointment:

Ugh. I wrote a sequel to a House/Wilson fic I wrote (Eternity) called Glimmer on the Horizon. I think it started off all right, but by the end it just felt forced and repetitive. That was what turned me off writing long stories in the first place. I have an issue with finishing them at all, let alone making the last half of the story any good. Unmasking would have to be the sole exception.

Most Revealing Story:

About myself or about the characters? This question has me confused. I mean, Unmasking reveals a lot about Paviche, but--oh, never mind. Skipping this one.

Story I Want Remembered:

Eh...Unmasking and its associated tales, I guess. I'm fairly proud of them, so I don't want them to fade into obscurity. Of course, I don't want the House/Wilson fics like Tables Turn, A Brief Moment and Fascination ~eternal platonic love mix~ to fall off the face of the planet either.

Fic I Still Love Most:

Unmasking, the prequel and its sequels. Guess we could've assumed this one already xD
