About a year ago I got a work desktop. Because I needed a PC to get actual statistics done. Soon afterward I was teaching a remote class and discovered....that my beloved Plantronics bluetooth headset had only about a 90 minute battery life. And that the AUX port on the desktop does not have microphone capability. This was an unpleasant shock at the time and I immediately bought a cabled USB over-the-ear headset (because the reviews said it would be ok with glasses). My new mpow happily switches from PC desktop usb port to personal PC laptop usb port to mac laptop usb port with no complaining. It works for hours and hours with (they tell me) excellent sound on the other end, no background noise.
My ears hate it. My ears have about 30 minutes before they start to complain on the mpow.
In this new age of somehow More Meetings, I'm spending a LOT of time wearing the mpow headset. *sigh*
